Happy Thanksgiving! Hope everyone is enjoying this holiday and taking time out to appreciate the little things in life and be thankful for them. I may not have it all, but I'm thankful for what I got. Giving thanks to the One above for this day - Revelation 11:17 says it all :)

I don't even get offended by stuff like this, because I know there are people who talk and feel a certain way about black people - there's no changing that. Racism is like evolution -- inevitable! So I just deal with it; on the other hand, I thought this was funny as HELL! I ROTFLMAO, first at the dad's rebuttal, then Darius, then the follow-up. How unfortunate. Lamebook.com is like my #1 site for a quick laugh. It used to be FML.com but that got old. Lamebook is updated on a daily basis and is filled with crazy and funny absurdity anywhere from status updates to pictures. Check it out sometime - hope you all are having a Happy Thanksgiving! :)

Soooo, I came across some vintage photos of Obama and was so intrigued by his simple yet attractive appeal. Maybe it's just me, but I find something very attractive about this man. He was about 20 years old in these photos, and I could see myself double-taking if he passed by looking like this. Maybe I got a thing for that old school look *Kanye shrug*

I fell in love with this video the minute I watched it. "Favorited" it, 5-starred it, the whole 9. This is just so dang cute! I feel like this is all it takes to make it in the industry these days too! Nobody needs real talent anymore - just thousands of dollars in machinery and you straight! *Side eye* Anywho, enjoy!

You know it's bout that time when holiday ads & commercials are in full effect! I think this was the first holiday commercial I seen this year, and boy they didn't disappoint. I love everything about it; they literally could not have scripted it any better. I can definitely see myself rockin out in a commercial like this - yall aint see me dance before? Lol

HELL to the NO! Funny how white people tan and black people bleach their skin, as if there's this median tone we're all trying to reach. As if being on either extreme of the spectrum is so bad. As if skin tone was still the determining factor in a person's success? But my goodness, what is this madness going on here? I have so many questions, but so little answers! Did he inherit Michael Jackson's cosmetics? Does he classify himself as white? Does this mean he now has good credit? (kidding.. ) But in all seriousness, you don't get like this overnight, why didn't his family/close friends stop him while it got out of hand? This is obviously an addiction, because he stated there was no medical inclination to this insanity. While denying a skin condition, he claims that he "has used a cream on his face in order to get rid of damaged skin which he acquired due to the years of sun exposure in afternoon baseball games." And to add fuel to the fire, he went ahead and got a played-out S curl; if that don't mean rock bottom, I don't know what does! Smh, lost another one Bob.

I guess the only other direction you can go after a very masculine beatdown on your ex-girlfriend is to feminize your next album cover with pants tighter than apple bottoms and the stance of a high-end top model? I don't know.. maybe I'm trippin, but this cover just doesn't sit well with me. For being such a high-paid artist, with 2 solo albums both debuting at #1, they say the third times a charm, and you gotta come harder than ever but damn Chris, you look softer than Evander Holyfield's ear the day Mike Tyson took a bite out of it. And what's up the cartoon-network looking characters that are supposed to illustrate the 'graffiti' vibe you're trying to sell. I blame his label for trying too hard to restore his image that has been forever altered and can no longer be what it used to be. Love the guy, I jam out to his music no matter what, but he better have songs that overlook his artwork or I foresee an overall album flop. Check out the mockery artwork mediatakeout did. Now that's just wrong. Lol, your thoughts?

With Facebook becoming the new crack and e-mail of the decade, you're bound to come across people from your past and present, whether they be family members, ex-boyfriends, ex-bff's, or high school enemies. It's just inevitable. And with the new facebook now suggesting who you should be "friends" with, it doesn't make concealing your identity any easier. Not to mention the annoying "write on her wall" or "poke him" suggestions right below.. uggh, annoying! Anywho, why do people feel obligated to add/deny every request that comes to them? Maybe I need some time to evaluate whether it's worth going through all my photo albums and adding you to the "DO NOT SHOW" list, and whether I feel like censoring my thoughts for your sake. Mmmm, nah! So I neither confirm/deny the request.. I just let it pend and sit there. I wish I would've thought of this earlier, I'd probably have around 70 or somethin. I just started doing this last month, and will continue to. I will only add you under 2 conditions. We either know each other personally and have had a real-life contact somehow, or have at least 5 mutual friends. #nothingpersonal, I just can't have random people invading my personal area. That's what myspace is for anyway *side eye* Lol

I experimented with cargo/dickies at first
I thought black shorts worked better
The bandana was a nice touch too
I thought the glasses were cute too, lol
Finally my masterpiece was done ;-)
One thing I loved about this "costume" is that i knew nobody else would have it. I love being different and doing things that make people think "wow, that was creative." I pride myself in being an innovator and this was just another one of my concoctions. I turned a trashy occupation to a sexy profession, lol. What were yall for Halloween?
